Every workflow ships with retry logic, contextual error logging, and alerts routed to the right person, so a failure surfaces immediately instead of silently. Existing automations get audited and hardened the same way new ones get built, not left alone because they technically still run. Documentation and a plain language walkthrough come with every build, so the system stays maintainable even when I'm not the one looking at it.
